Commenting on the news that the Supreme Court has rejected the Welsh Labour Government's attempt to challenge the Internal Market Act 2020, Shadow Minister for the Constitution, Darren Millar MS said:
“This is yet another example of the Welsh Labour Government wasting time, energy and taxpayers' money on political games.
"Ministers in Cardiff Bay should focus on the pressing issues in their own in trays rather than making power grabs and futile attempts to refight battles they have already lost over Brexit.
“It's high time that Labour put an end to the constitutional naval gazing and cracked on with getting to grips with unacceptable NHS waiting times, poor education standards and improving the Welsh economy."
