Clwyd West AM Darren Millar has asked Arriva Buses to look at how they can adapt their timetables to help NHS and other key workers to get to and from work.
NHS workers who don't drive say they are unable to do 12-and-a-half hour shifts or work weekends because of timetable changes by the bus company.
Some are even having to arrive at work two hours before their shifts start in order to be able to get in.
Since the timetable changes, Denbighshire Council has stepped in to lay on some minibus services for some who live within the county. But others are still stuck spurring Clwyd West AM, Darren Millar to raise concerns.
He said:
"I have contacted Arriva Buses to ask them to look at how they can adapt their timetables to help our NHS and other key workers to get to and from work.
"The last thing that those working on the frontline in the battle against Covid-19 need is a headache getting home after an exhausting shift.
"I am very concerned at the reduction of bus services in North Wales as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
"Bus operators here are facing tough choices because they are not getting the support they need from the Welsh Government.
"Companies in England are getting much more help so it’s vital that Ministers here wake up before more services are cut and some operators go to the wall."
